Pricing for Self-pay
Initial Visit – $400
Follow up – $90
UDS – $50
If any medications are needed or prescribed the patient will have to be cleared by our psychologist doctor Kevin Smith before the appointment.
We do accept Letters of Protection from most attorney offices. We only require the LOP and contact information for the clients. We will call and schedule the client for that same week. You can email our coordinator to set up the LOP.
